Really good stay in every aspect!

The resort was clean. Every corner sparkled. There were plenty of pools and restaurants catering to everyone's taste. The room I had was fine, and the beds proved comfortable. ALL the staff are very helpful and friendly. They would be a great asset to any hotel. I look forward to another trip to egypt and a return stay to this beautiful hotel.
The hotel's drink choices were somehow limited. I wish they offered more variety.

The premises presented many pools. I liked that some pools included dedicated areas especially designed for children. The beach was clean and easy accessible. The staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout the stay. The room service was prompt and fulfilled all my requests efficiently.

i'm super happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and grounds. i also found the staff friendly plus helpful. the food rocks plus offers variety with five restaurants so you can chow anywhere. drinks are super delicious, both alcoholic plus non-alcoholic.
the customer service, while mostly good, kinda dipped at checkout. i asked for help with my luggage, but it wasnt there plus i felt a rush. no goodbye either! bummer.

i found great food options across five or six restaurants, this made the all-inclusive thing super fantastic. the aqua park plus pools rocked with tons of choices for activities so there were always something fun. the beach allowed for excellent snorkeling too.

The animation team provided nonstop entertainment. I loved the morning workouts and fun pool games. The evening shows were lovely. I especially enjoyed the energy they brought. The food variety was amazing. The mediterranean restaurant was my FAVORITE!!!
